2024 U.S. Girls' Junior Championship | The Field
The 2024 U.S. Girls' Junior Chess Championship will feature the brightest young female talents in American chess. These players represent the future of U.S. women's chess and will compete to determine the best female player under 20 years old. With a national title and $20,600 at stake, fans can expect thrilling matches that showcase these young players' exceptional skills. In addition to the prize fund, the first-place winner will receive a $10,000 scholarship, generously funded by the Dewain Barber Foundation and US Chess, to be used at the institution of their choice
